What Advice Do You Have For Someone Just Starting Out?

This week I was in Geneva sitting with a group of friends, all giving advice about how to approach the years ahead to a 19 year old just going off to Cambridge.

My question this week is what special piece of advice would you share with someone just about to go out and find their own way in the world?
