About Me:: A diehard Star Wars fan since 1977, my other interests also include Exercise, Weight Training, Nutrition, Yoga, Opera, Football, Science Fiction, Environmentalism and Political Activism.

Once upon a time I was a professional singer, actor, and teacher.

I have undergrad degrees in Music and Speech-Communications, with minors in Anatomy/Kinesiology and French. I also have an MBA and am currently pursuing my dual-Doctoral studies in Naturopathy (ND) and Holistic Nutrition (PhD).

I am currently 96% Vegan (I still eat fish once per week) and 75% Raw (I still cook some of my vegetables in addition to the fish). I only eat Organic foods with as little packaging/processing as possible. I consume no other meat, including eggs and dairy. I only drink filtered/distilled water (6 - 8 liters/day). I only utilize cleaning products that are hypo-allergenic without toxic chemicals. I only use personal hygiene products that are organic, hypo-allergenic and without ANY toxic chemical additives, preservatives, or binders/fillers.

I run my own Investment business, focusing on un-regulated foreign markets.

I consider myself fairly environmentally GREEN. I recycle aluminum, paper, plastic and glass. Actually, eating primarily fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds, I don't produce nearly as much waste as I used to. I use compact fluorescent lighting, but am interested in eventually upgrading to LED's.

My next major steps include:

Converting a Diesel vehicle to run on WVO/SVO.
Building a "GREEN" home powered completely by solar/wind/hydro power.

Vote Ron Paul in 2008!

The way you do it sounds cool, and it's probably not easy either. Probably prices for organic products are lower, here in Italy they are so high, organic products almost account for luxury food!
